This Privacy Policy describes how PRISMATIC STACK LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Telos ("the Service").

1. Information We Collect


1.1 Account Information

- Name, email address, and profile information

- Training preferences (sports, weekly hours, intensity, target events, goals)

1.2 Health and Fitness Data

- Biomarker data synced from your wearable devices via Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect (e.g., heart rate, sleep duration, activity levels, HRV)

- Training session data (completion, RPE, notes)

  • - Exercise and activity data synced from connected services such as Strava (e.g., activity type, duration, distance, pace, start time)

- Injury reports and health check-ins

- Readiness and activity scores derived from biomarker data

1.3 Usage Data

- App interactions, feature usage, and navigation patterns

- Device information (type, operating system, app version)

- IP address and general location data (country/region level)


1.4 Communication Data

- Messages sent through in-app chat features

- Support requests and correspondence


2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Service Provision

- Generate and adapt personalized training plans

- Sync and analyze biomarker data to inform plan adjustments

- Provide context-aware coaching and advice through AI assistants

- Track streaks, gamification, and progress metrics

- Send transactional emails (account updates, plan refreshes, subscription notifications)

2.2 Analytics and Improvement

- Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service

- Track app events through Firebase and similar analytics tools (all data is anonymized)

- Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience


2.3 Data Security

- We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access


3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

3.1 Wearable & Activity Integrations

- Telos integrates with Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, Strava, and similar services to sync your health data

  • - When you connect Strava, we may import activity details such as activity type, duration, distance, pace and start time so we can match them to your Telos training sessions and track your progress.


  • - We may also update certain activity metadata in Strava on your behalf (for example, renaming an activity to include the corresponding Telos session title and adding descriptive notes), but we do not post content to Strava without your explicit connection and consent.

- We use a 3rd party service provider to facilitate secure wearable data synchronization

- Your health and activity data is shared only with these authorized services and is subject to their respective privacy policies

3.2 Analytics Providers

- We use Firebase and similar analytics tools to track anonymized app events

- No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers

3.3 Service Providers

- We may share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing)

- All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes

  • - Certain data may be shared with third-party services you choose to connect (such as Strava) so that we can sync activities and, where enabled, update activity titles or descriptions to reflect your Telos training plan.

3.4 Strava

- If you choose to connect your Strava account, we sync your activity data to enable automatic workout matching and completion tracking.

  • We collect: activity type, duration, start time, and activity IDs from Strava.

  • Your Strava data is used only to match completed activities with your scheduled Telos sessions and to publish your completed Telos workouts to Strava.

  • We do not display your Strava data to other users or aggregate it across users.

  • When you disconnect Strava, we delete all Strava-related data within 30 days.

  • Your use of Strava integration is also subject to Strava's Privacy Policy and API Agreement

3.5 Legal Requirements

- We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation

- We may disclose information to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users


4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Data Storage

- Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest

- We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service

4.2 Security Measures

- Encryption of data in transit and at rest

- Access controls and authentication measures

- Regular security audits and updates

- However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security


5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Access and Correction

- You can access and update your account information through the Settings screen

- You can modify your preferences and training goals at any time



5.2 Data Deletion

- You can request deletion of your account and associated data through the Settings screen

- Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements



5.3 Wearable Data

- You can disconnect your wearable at any time through the Wearable Settings screen

- Disconnecting will stop new data from syncing, but historical data may be retained as described in Section 4.1

5.4 Strava Integration

  • - You can disconnect Strava at any time from the Integrations screen in the app. Disconnecting stops new Strava activities from being imported and prevents Telos from updating your Strava activity titles or descriptions. Historical data that has already been imported may be retained as described in Section 4.1.

5.5 Opt-Out

- You cannot opt out of transactional emails while your account is active, as they are necessary for service operation

- You can opt out of marketing communications (if any) through your account settings


6. Children's Privacy

Telos is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to have that information removed.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal obligations.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
