What is Telos?
Telos is an adaptive training app that builds personalized plans from your goals, schedule, and biomarkers. Set a target event or a general goal, choose weekly hours and intensity, and connect your wearable via Apple Health or Google Health Connect.
Telos syncs readiness, activity, and trends from Garmin, Coros, Polar, Suunto, Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, Samsung, and others, and takes details into account to generate plans that adapt fortnightly.
Setting up your plan
Getting started takes about five minutes. During onboarding, you’ll select sports, set weekly hours and intensity, and choose a target event or enter a general goal.
Connect your wearable in Settings to enable biomarker sync. Then head over to the Training screen to generate your first plan! Your plan will be ready within 5 minutes.
Using Telos day-to-day
Once your plan is active, you’ll see daily sessions with clear targets, a training calendar you can reorder, and streak tracking to keep momentum.
You can also chat with context-aware AI coaches for conditioning, race prep, new sports, and form advice.
What to expect
The result: consistent training without overthinking.
Plans refresh every two weeks, sessions adapt to your life, and the variety keeps it engaging.
